The Breakfast of Champions: Ronnie Coleman Style

Do you ever wonder what you should eat for breakfast in the morning? Are you constantly asking yourself how you could get more protein to build massive muscles? Do you really not give a shit what your breakfast tastes like?

If so, I've got the breakfast for you. Or, rather, Ronnie Coleman does. Who is Ronnie Coleman? He's this guy:



The following is a recipe to make Ronnie's breafast of champions which he calls "Eggology." Enjoy.

Cook 3 bags of microwaveable flavored grits in a large bowl with a slice of cheddar cheese. Then on your stove, cook 2 1/2 cups of egg whites. When this is cooked, mix it in with the grits and cheese. Serve with a glass of orange juice.

Once you've eaten that you'll be ready to "lift some heavy weight."
