Following an intense search of the the internet that took less than one minute, I think I've found the photo of what may in fact be Wayne Diego. Shocking, I know. Through my research I have also discovered that Wayne Diego seems to have an almost Frankenstein-like reaction to fire, where he is unable to speak in full, grammatically correct sentences.
In this photo, Diego appears to be holding some extremely small man hostage. If you ever see Wayne Diego, or hear the name mentioned when soliciting a prostitute, proceed with caution.
