Hump Day Helper -- Cajun Cooking Edition

Because it's Wednesday, and we all need a pick-me-up to make it through the rest of the week in our respective hells, WDR is providing some fun.

In just a few hours, I'll be headed back to The Oregon, far away from the madness that is Louisiana. And yes, there will be stories to tell, so I hope you'll be prepared.
